TAKING THE GUESS WORK OUT OF IT
With the latest in optical technology, our Nidek autorefractor provides precise measurements of your refractive error (prescription). This state-of-the-art tool offers our Optometrist a reliable starting point for identifying the ideal prescription to meet your visual needs.
The autorefractor works by measuring how light behaves as it enters your eye, determining the point at which your eye focuses an image clearly and the lens powers needed for optimal vision.
Best of all, the process is fully automatic. Once you’re comfortably positioned, the machine takes care of the rest—making your experience seamless and efficient.
EIDON WIDEFIELD FUNDUS CAMERA
Our advanced widefield fundus camera allows us to capture an impressive 200Ëš view of your retina, compared to the approximately 90Ëš typically seen during a standard sight test.

The image produced by the Eidon camera highlights this difference clearly. The yellow circle on the image indicates what an Optometrist can see using more traditional methods, while the Eidon’s wider view expands this significantly.

This widefield capability is vital for detecting, analyzing, and monitoring potential pathologies in the peripheral areas of the retina. With high-resolution, true-color images, the Eidon equips our Optometrist with the best tools to ensure thorough eye health assessments, giving you the most comprehensive care possible.
HEIDELBERG 4D OCT RETINAL SCAN
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a cutting-edge, non-invasive imaging test that uses light waves to create detailed cross-sectional images of your retina.

With OCT, each layer of the retina is visible in incredible detail, down to the micrometer level. This is a significant advancement over traditional methods, which only allow our Optometrist to view the top layer of the retina.

The ability to see these intricate layers means we can detect eye conditions much earlier than through a standard sight test. Additionally, OCT enables us to compare images over time, allowing us to monitor changes and track your eye health with precision. This ensures you receive the most proactive and extensive care for your vision.
